Meet Debbie
25 years of care,
delivered personally.
Debbie Lizalde founded Elite Concierge Care Services in 2000 after recognizing something the medical system often overlooks — that what happens after surgery matters just as much as the surgery itself.
What began as a calling became a career, and what became a career became a standard of care that clients across Texas have trusted for over two decades.

Her Philosophy
Care that starts
with listening
Debbie's approach to post-operative care is built on a simple belief: you are unique, and so is your recovery. There is no standard protocol, no checklist that fits every person. What matters is understanding each client — their comfort, their concerns, their preferences — and meeting them exactly where they are.
She recognized early in her career that patients recovering from plastic and reconstructive surgery face a particular kind of vulnerability. The physical demands of recovery are real, but so is the emotional weight — and a familiar, trusted face can make the difference between a stressful recovery and a peaceful one.
We treat every surgery patient like a VIP — with nothing but love, respect, and care. That has never changed in 25 years.
Privacy is at the center of everything Debbie does. Many clients prefer that even close family members not know the details of their procedure or recovery. Debbie and her team honor that completely — bringing professional discretion to every home, every hotel, every surgical pickup.
"A peaceful environment is part of the care."
Experience & Background
A career built on
being there
In 2000, Debbie saw firsthand that patients were leaving surgery without adequate support. Friends and family — however well-meaning — were often ill-equipped to handle the specific, sensitive needs of post-operative recovery. She decided to offer something better.
Over 25 years, she has developed deep expertise in the aftercare and recovery of plastic and reconstructive surgery patients. Her team has the training, experience, and sensitivity to handle every aspect of recovery — from pain and symptom management to transportation, household needs, and the quiet reassurance that someone capable is present.
Debbie's Elite Concierge Care has earned its reputation not through advertising, but through word of mouth — clients who recovered well, felt genuinely cared for, and told others.
A Note from Debbie
"Why I do this work"
When I started this work, I kept thinking about how alone people feel after surgery. You've just been through something significant — physically and emotionally — and the last thing you should have to worry about is whether someone is going to be there when you need them.
I started Debbie's Elite Concierge Care because I wanted every client to feel what it's like to have someone truly in their corner. Not family who are anxious, not a stranger from an agency — someone who has done this hundreds of times, who stays calm, who knows what to look for, and who genuinely cares how your recovery goes.
That is what I show up to do every single day. And it is an honor every time.
